After Sheridan College, I got an opportunity to join the crew of "Night Raiders". A crew which consisted of a large percentage of Indeginous talent, myself included. I joined on as a Grip Apprentice and Camera Trainee. We shot the film during late 2019.
I was also on an indie film called "We're All in This Together" as a Camera Trainee trough IATSE. This film was one of the first films to shoot during the pandemic in Canada. Shot in and around Hamilton, Ontario.
Night Raiders Trailer
Set in a dystopian version of North America in the year 2044, the film centres on Niska (Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers), a Cree woman who joins a resistance movement to the military government in order to save her daughter.
We're All in This Together Trailer
An adaptation of the novel by Amy Jones, the film stars Katie Boland in a dual role as Finn and Nicki Parker, estranged twin sisters who are forced into a media circus when their mother Kate (Martha Burns) goes viral on the internet with a video of her going over a waterfall in a barrel, and have to learn to set aside their differences in order to act like a proper family.
